EXCELENE 316 - Heavy Duty Chlorine-Free Cutting & Grinding Oil

EXCELENE 316 is a specially formulated grinding oil.  It is light in color to allow for easy observation of the surface being ground.  Extreme pressure additives make it ideal for machining ferrous or non-ferrous metals, especially those with medium to low machinability.  EXCELENE 316's low odor, low misting and low foam characteristics give it high operator acceptance.  It has an unusually high flash point for its low viscosity.  The low viscosity flushes the wheel so there is no build up.

EXCELENE 316 can be used in a variety of machining and grinding operations, including:

  • External and internal grinding
  • Drilling
  • Countersinking
  • Reaming
  • Shaving
